Kids yoga is designed to enhance your child's physical and mental development. Class will practice animal poses such as Cat, Cow, Dog, Cobra, and Roaring Lion. We will say the animal sounds with the animal poses. We will also learn Tree, Palm Tree, Table Top, Happy Baby, Churning the Mill, Forward Fold, Warrior, and Prayer pose. We will learn calming techniques such as "Legs Up the Wall" and "Circle Time." Counting and Anatomy will also be introduced.
Please bring a mat, a towel and plenty of water for your little one to class.
